The Crew


Steve McClellan
Steve is one of the founders of Te Mahoerangi and is the entrepreneur mind of the project. He has dedicated his life to the environment and is a keeper of much knowledge, history and boat know how. Steve's commitment, creative ideas and visonary approach form the foundation of the project.

Seamus
Although trained as an Engineer, Seamus is a 'Jack of all Trades' to put it lightly. Builder, possum trapper, repair man, hunter, car nut, fisherman, tramper, diver, food addict, etc.... His dedication, balanced outlook and strong work ethic are invaluable to the success of the project.

Wiebke
Wiebke came to Te Mahoerangi in mid 2005 to visit her sister Bine, she was coming for a few weeks and we can't seem to get rid of her. Qualified as a Landscape Architect, Wiebke has designed the gardens and also takes care of graphics, photography, and marketing material. Her creative visions, clear practical and caring ways are invaluable.

Millie
Mille (Mike) has been an enthusiastic supporter, spanner and hammer weilder for the team between the times when he has bought commonsense, practical input and hard work along with his ability to make all laugh and smell the roses when the going has gotten tough

Steve Leonard
Steve is our mechanic and soon to be driver of the first Meet Fleet landrover which will be servicing the track. Our main keeper of things mechanical running troubleshooter.

Bob
Bob is very passionate about the NZ bush and keeping it free of pests through environmentally friendly methods. He has over 7 years of experience as a possum trapper/pest controller. Bob has much knowledge and understanding of the bush and is also a keen fisherman.

Seal
Possum hunter, cuddle and food addict, Seal has mastered the art of being cute and winning everyones heart.


Matrix
Our latest addition, Matrix joins the crew as key mouse and rat hunter. A cat with additude and plenty of character. Watch out mice, there is a new cat in town. Thank you to Fil, Matrixs previous owner.
