Te Mahoerangi Ecolodge
All Profits to the Environment
An ancient place of peace and healing for the body and the spirit. To be discovered in a special corner of Aotearoa (New Zealand) on the shores of Nydia Bay, Marlborough Sounds, halfway along the Nydia track. Welcome to tranquil, quality budget accommodation. The people who visit our backpackers hostel come away with the knowledge that they are helping to protect the natural beauty of the Marlborough Sounds. You are part of an experiment: can people, tourism and the environment live in harmony? Yes!...which is why all contributions received from backpackers are channeled towards the protection, conservation and restoration of our native flora and fauna. Should the solution be worse than the problem? No...poisons such as 1080 have no place in our ecosystem. Help the birds sing again.
